Site preparation guide

Access

Please provide a clear path from the delivery vehicle to your kitchen area. Let us know beforehand about steps, narrow gates, steep driveways or other access restrictions.

Appliances

Confirm your appliance models with us before installation. Any appliances or tapware you are supplying should be on site and ready. The sink bowl is included with the sink cabinet. Arrange any required plumbing, gas or electrical connections with the appropriate trades.

On the day

Have the kitchen area clear and the base prepared, flat and level. Please have someone available to confirm the final position and keep children and pets away from the work area. We’ll confirm delivery and installation arrangements with you beforehand.
